Important Policies and Rules
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Guest House Caezu. Please use designated smoking areas exclusively so that all guests can enjoy a clean and pleasant environment.
Fireplace / Campfire / Grill, etc.
To fully enjoy the beautiful experience of a wood fire, it will be made and maintained exclusively by the house staff. The risks are too great to make concessions on this matter.
Children Supervision
Proper supervision by parents of children who are guests at Guest House Caezu is necessary and crucial to avoid potential dangers, both inside the house and in the inner courtyard or outside it, by the lake, at the beach, on swings, climbing trees, walking, interacting with animals, etc.
The accompanying individuals are responsible and vigilant to ensure the safety of these children throughout their stay at Guest House Caezu. The staff is not specialized in child supervision, and we do not assume responsibility for any dangers/accidents that unsupervised children might encounter.
Parking
Outdoor parking is on the property of Guest House Caezu and is free of charge. We advise against leaving valuables in the car, as we cannot be held responsible for any thefts or damages to guests’ vehicles.
Access to the inner courtyard with cars is prohibited.
Hygiene Standards
We reserve the right to deny access or interrupt the stay of guests who repeatedly and blatantly disregard hygiene standards.
Lost Items
We do not take any responsibility for lost or presumed stolen items on the premises of Guest House Caezu.
Security
For the safety of everyone around the house and at the reception of Guest House Caezu, surveillance cameras are installed.
Cancellation/No Show/Penalty Fee
Guest House Caezu is a small family business. We aim to provide our guests with the best accommodation conditions and healthy, fresh food. Each guest is important to us and is treated as such. Sometimes unforeseen situations arise, and therefore, any last-minute cancellation of a confirmed reservation incurs charges as follows:
For accommodation – less than 7 days before the start date of the stay incurs a cost equivalent to the entire value of the advance payment for accommodation by 50%; For early departure, the accommodation is fully charged; If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before arrival, the value of one night’s stay is charged (for the entire accommodation unit);
For meals – less than 5 working days before the start date of the stay incurs a cost equivalent to 50% of the meal price for each guest who does not show up;
No show represents a confirmed reservation that was not canceled, resulting in the guest not arriving at Guest House Caezu on the scheduled date. In the event of a no-show, the prepaid amount is retained in full.
These policies are intended to ensure that each guest has a pleasant experience and to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all who choose to visit us.
